Refund Policy

What qualifies

To qualify for a full refund, the katana must be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused, in its original condition and packaging, with everything it came with: the katana, display stand, remote control, USB cable, tassel charm, user guide, and gift box.

How to start a return

1. Email support@phantomkatana.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack everything in the original gift box, with all parts included, and hand it to the carrier.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item, depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, the light or mist doesn't work, or it isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We'll replace it or refund it in full at our cost. This isn't subject to the "unused" condition above, since the fault is ours.

Bundles

If you bought a 2- or 3-pack, you can return any unused units. The refund for each returned unit is the per-unit price you paid in the bundle.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once it has shipped, the standard return process above applies.

What's not covered

• Items returned after 90 days from delivery
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or modified
• Returns missing parts (stand, remote, cable, tassel) or the original gift box
• Damage caused by misuse, such as dropping, swinging, or water spilled into the electronics
