Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.

The product

The Phantom Mist Katana is a decorative LED lamp and aroma diffuser designed for display. The blade is not sharp and is not a weapon. It is not a toy and is not intended for swinging, sparring, cosplay combat, or any use other than display. Use only with the included cable, a standard USB power source, and water (with or without essential oil) in the reservoir.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel at no cost.

Bundle pricing shown on the product page (1, 2, or 3 units) applies automatically at checkout and is subject to change without notice for future orders.

Your responsibilities

By purchasing, you agree to use the product as intended, keep it out of reach of young children, keep electrical parts away from excess water, and follow the included user guide. Photos and videos on this site may show the mist effect enhanced by lighting; actual mist volume can vary with room conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Katana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of any product sold on this site. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Site content, including text, graphics, photos, and the Phantom Katana name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
