Shipping Policy

Free shipping, no minimum

Every order ships free within the continental United States, whether you order one katana or three. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the US. If that changes, we'll update this page.

Processing and delivery time

• Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of being placed.
• Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on the way.
• The delivery window shown on the product page is an estimate based on these times.
• We don't process orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Packaging

Every katana ships in its gift box inside a protective outer carton, so it arrives ready to display or gift. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy.

Order tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address or missing package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
